Detached House with a beauitful sea view

The villa is situated on a hillside, in a village very close to Kolimbari. The locals are very friendly and hospitable. The journey to the property is very scenic and enjoyable as the traveler has stunning views of the olive groves.

The house is surrounded by a stone wall. At the front of the property there is a garden with a terrace and a swimming pool, which is beautifully designed. Entering the house we come upon an open plan area with the living room, followed by the dining room. Next to this, there is the kitchen which has many cabinets and all the electrical appliances. Moving on, we find a hallway that leads to a fairly spacious bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two bedrooms. An external staircase leads up to the roof which is tiled. This area is enclosed by a small wall and railings and has a wooden pergola. The house, from every area, has panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The doors and the window frames are of wood, with double glazing and shutters. The property also has air conditioning, a solar panel and tiled floors throughout.

The location of the residence is quiet and peaceful. The nearest beach, which is very close, has good restaurants. In Kolimbari, which is also close by, there are all kind of shops such as bank, post office, pharmacy, supermarket as well as many taverns and cafes. The junction of the highway to Kissamos and Chania is approximately 10 minutes' drive. The distance from Chania is about 30 minutes, from the port of Souda 35 minutes and from the airport 50 minutes.
